please give some information
hello i have hellobox v8 device. My device automatically found the biss key of the feed broadcast from Eutelsat 7e satellite. Since the broadcast is 4.2.2 codec and there will be no video, I wanted to watch it from my computer with my tv card. I manually added the key found by my hellobox device to my tv card, it doesn't open. Do I need to do another action? please give some information.

please connect your Hellobox 8 with DVBPlayer App on mobile phone to watch 4:2:2
and also our biss key can not work on other device!

I tried it on android phone and tablet, it is watched for 1-2 seconds and then closed. I can watch other channels installed on the device without any problems. but I can't watch this 4.2.2 broadcast. please give me some information about how can i see the biss keys found by my hellobox v8 device so that i can watch it over the dvb card on my computer....
