Scam+ Not Showing Channels on 16e but active

Hello Hellobox Team,

I'm from Nigeria. I purchased hellobox 6 in March this year and activated the scam+. I have read so many posts online that hellobox 6 Scam+ opens hidden channels on 16e, but mine did not open any of the channels. What do I need to do?

Pls how did you activate the scam+ on your hellobox 6, because I just bought my hello box
