How do I connect my hello box 8 with phone

I just bought hello box 8 from aliexpress on the descriptive write up I was able to understand that, I can use my phone to search for satellite with the help of dvb finder app from Google play.
I've done all that, but still can't hook it up. I send an e-mail asking if I could get a manual or some instructions about it. They then send me an e-mail directing me to this forum hoping to get answers
