Scam+ for 115e not working on hellobox v5

Sir chinasat 115e ,scam + is working on hellobox v5 plus hd but not working on Hellobox v5 hd. Please check the issue since Im not able to watch chinasat 115e channels since I bought my box.Please solve this ,since not one channel from 115e is working on scam + andImm only relying on FREECAM app, recently introduced. If Scam+ is not working , atleast make freecam app free for Hellobox users.
