SCAM+ Not opening 36.0E

Admins please check SCAm Server it has stopped opening Zap Package channels at 36.0 E please... I sell Hellobox Decoders in my country ,my customers are complaining that it's not opening... please help am losing customers

Even my customer two days now, doesn't open Nagra on 36e Zappa package.please Admin my customers are complaining
