Failed To Get The List on SAT Anywhere

Good day. Hope you can help me figure out why I always get the "Failed to get the list" status when I try to remotely access my Hellobox Smart S2. Thank you.
1. Figured out the problem. The box should be connected via LAN and not thru wifi.
2. Work seamlessly on SD Channels but on HD it is buffering (maybe because of internet speed).
