My V5 Plus does not auto roll BISS. I have to use the DVBFinder app on my phone.

It will,if network is good, after it request for a scan,(of the dvbfinder app), just leave for some minutes.. you can go back and forth ..

I am not able to get any of the BISS channels to auto roll. Is there anything I need to know besides just let it sit? I have left it on a few different channels for at least a half hour each. I shall let it sit on one channel overnight and see what happens. Why on some of my BISS channels when I search for the key using my DVBFinder app on my phone it tells me Not Find?

Please get the SN from Main Menu -> Tools -> Information -> S/N.
