please reset the STB?!

Hi, when i want to upgrade my hellobox8 by usb ttl (rs232), i got msg:
please reset the STB!

i used Monage loader, and i connect white hello8, and i can download bin file to hello8 but i can't upgrade it, and hello8 dead (only red LED work).
