can't add m3u to hellobox 8

Could you please give me an example what I need to copy and past to make mtb_list file recognised by Hellobox 8 Mytube app?

Could you please convert details below, and write an example to what I need to write in mtb_list file.
do I need to stat with # EXTM3U.....or #EXTINF: -1, channel name? do I need to remove _plus from m3u line below?
I tried

I clicked on blue icon (USB Upload). I got 0001 IPTV folder in left side of Mytube. when I clicked on 0001 IPTV, I got an error "Play error" I also tried again by removing _plus and still same error

The link is intended for authorization by login and password on a specific server in order to get playlist.m3u from the server

Xtream will suit you (the application is designed to connect to the server by URL with authorization ( login and password ))

If you want to use M3u PLayer, I advise you to get the playlist of channels from your IPTV provider in ... .m3u format
