Recordings and Subtitles

Dears,
I bought the receiver that is coming from China.
Fine!
Friends of mine tried it and are "fairly" happy about it.
They told me that recordings are without Subtitles at least on t2-mi?
Please could improve recordings to add to the ts file even dvb subs and TXT subs?
even more audios if any....
