I purchased the Hellobox 8 receiver. I turned it on several times and the receiver stopped working. The red LED is on. What to do? A lot of marriage. This is the second receiver. which does not work. Total purchased two receivers. The first receiver stopped responding to the remote, the second stopped turning on. Threw money away.

My dear friend we have two models of the Hellobox 8.. the old(first) version and the New version..which one are you referring to? If it's the old version, it is generally accepted that there was production defect.. but for the new one, well kind of strange!
