Channels are disappearing

Dears,
Does anyone have an explanation why Channels are disappearing alone.? How can I avoid happening?
I search for channels. I find 2800 channels. Later I found only 200 channels remaining.
This is the 3rd time I make satellite search. Even Favorite also disappear and I have to set them up again.

could you give the detail process of how this happens? we need more information to reproduce the issue

hello,
the issue is not consistent in a specific scenario.
But what I noticed that it is happening when I am using DVBPlayer & DVBFinder (either or)

After using DVBFinder all the channels have been deleted
