DVBPlayer not allowing Remote

DVBPLayer will not show me on screen Remote Controller as I see in the videos.
Update latest firmware.
Menu-...，you can see the remote icon，click it.

Thanks for your help.
I updated to latest software and still cant get my Samsung S4 see the remote control.
Should I go back to an older version of DVBPlayer.

So you are saying use S2 firmware on Hellobox 8.
I see it says pulling out the flash and burning on a flash burner.
Are you serious.
Can I not just rename file auto_burn.fac

sorry，it's Hellobox 8 software.Make sure Hellobox8 and DVBPlayer are latest firmware.

It seems the phone is not connecting to the box.
But as I have no remote control I cannot see what is happening on the box.
But I do not see the Remote Icon.
