DECODER STUCK IN STANDBY MODE

Dears,
what can I do to "resurrect" the decoder?
It is stuck in standby mode, no remote, no button on the receiver can wake it up!
Is there a "physical" reset button?
What can I do?
open an RMA IN CHINA?
HOW?
I did not open it, I simply looked for channels and switch it off yesterday evening.....

Don't panic.
We add a new function of Smart RCU in Menu->Tools, you can use any remote after learning the keys.
It will be available in next release, and you can auto burn the new release then.

Try turning off/on the power.

I tried 100 times.
There Is no answer when I try to switch It on!

Maybe a combination of buttons to reset It?

Hellobox 8 never touch the uboot, so you should see "boot" when power on even something goes wrong.
I don't know what happened to the box, but now the only way to recover it is to upgrade with RS232. You can follow the
instruction post

If I open the box I lose warranty!!!
No RMA
No chinese adress!!
