Newcamd not update smart card

I am running a newcamd server with a smart card.
Newcamd works perfectly in Hellobox 8 until it needs to update the smartcard.
Any Ideas.

I have a Legal Smart Card for a service I pay for. I am running this card in Newcamd server on a PC. It gives me pictures from the Hellobox 8 with no glitches.
But when it comes time once a day to update keys it fails.
I plug the Dreambox into the server and it updates the card within minutes.
Why is the Hellobox 8 not doing updates.
What is the point of the Hellobox 8 if it is not providing this facility.

Well I can run a dreambox in parallel to update the card.
But it does ask me why I need to have a Hellobox 8 at all.
Maybe I should put the Hellobox 8 back in its packing till the software catches up to the year 2019.

I think that putting the box back in its box untill the software catchs up would be a good idea.
I have the same problem as Spencer with the card server not updating.
If we had the souce code we could fix it to work the way it should.
Also it would be nice to have the ability to load differnt ccam verisions into the box that would solve some of the
problems..........
