only red light showing in Receiver.Plz Help solve

There is only red light in receiver.I cant utilize remote anymore
Every function stopped working.
How can I repair it?

Try with RSU 232 upgrade

Hellobox 8 never touch the uboot, so you should see "boot" when power on even something goes wrong.

Did anyone stuck at the red light and not booting, tried the RS232 upgrade method and solve the problem.
I tried it and it didn't work. Serial port not showing as if nothing is connected.
is there any other way to reset it.?-

I have the same problem. I've tried all 3 ways to recover and it doesn't work. Via serial, hellobox8 does not send a return signal. Generates failure to return the response. Today I paid for the one-year renewal of SCAM+. unfortunate. I've been robbed. support does not respond to the scam email.
