How do I connect my hello box 8 with phone

Good day
I just bought Hello Box 8 decoder. From what I read, I can use the decoder with my phone through an app called dvb finder and dvb player, in oder to track satellites.
The problem is that, I've downloaded both apps (dvb finder and dvb player) but still can't connect it to the decoder
And the product doesn't come with a manual.
I want you to help me out
