Sir my hellobox 8 only show the boot. Sir how i recover my helllobox 8,sir give me suggestion.

Same thing happened me yesterday!
Procedure described in the link works, Hellobox8 returned to work!

No, autoupgrade method via USB, my H8 was stuck on boot

Hi, me too I cannot boot stuck at red light.
can you give me more how you did it and what did you use?

sorry I do not understand
your Hellobox 8 is locked in this position as picture A
or in this position as picture B ?
mine was locked as picture A and I use autoupgrade method via USB
if instead your H8 shows only red led as picture B, the only solution seems to be RS232 upgrade

mine is locked at B and RS232 upgrade doesn't work .

With me the same case!
Hellobox 8 is a big disappointment!!!
He only worked for 5 hours. I threw the money away! Regards to all.
