red light display only on hellobox 8 old version

hellobox showing red light only
i tried rs 232 method with usb 4pin rs 232 adapter
while upgrading and downloading i get the following log in the software(i used windows 7 64bit software)
LOG WINDOW
Serial Port Opened
reboot the STB manually
SYNC Success !
Change baudrate to 115200
Sending boot init. . . .
Send boot init completed.
boot init run failed.
Upgrade return
PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE ISSUE

I think RS232 port is not working. Can you send me connection details of rs232 jack (rx, tx, G)?
Kindly send me proper solutions for Red lite issue.

but not relive my device, only red LED worked.!!!!!
