Remute cannot detect

Please help me.. I new buy h8,sometimes my remute not detect to player.pess any button not function.so i off plug and on again player can use.. Please help me solves this problem sir

Maybe the network is not stable.

Sorry，I thought you used the remote control function in the mobile phone of DVBPlayer. Try changing the battery.
