hellobox 8 is still bisskey is not auto roll ... i checking hellobox HD v5 is Biss key auto roll but Hellobox 8 is still no auto bisskey roll... please fix that issue for Hellobox 8 .... thanks

Hello bro! When you are on a biss encrypted channel and transmission is on, a prompt appears on the screen...if you are connected to the internet, the Hellobox will automatically search for the biss keys and open it. On the other hand if you have the biss keys from another source, just press the okay knob on the remote and a space will appear for you to enter the biss keys.
Rem; you can only share keys between Helloboxes only.. the keys from your Hellobox will not work on a different box.

@lacoste87, you can only detect if the channel is biss encrypted when there is transmission

My network speed is very strong.... hellobox hd v5 is auto roll, but Hellobox 8 is not auto roll. i testing ready so many time with so many devices hellobox 8 because i selling Hellobox HD v5 and Hellobox 8 at my country ...

today i checking and testing my internet connection with VPN, hellobox 8 is bisskey auto roll, but for Hellobox hd v5 is no need VPN connection for bisskey auto roll........ i think Hellobox 8 bisskey auto roll port number is blocking from our country internet all connection.......... Please fix that issue with Firmware

It seems the sever may be down hellobox 8 is not autorolling biss key anymore can you please check on that.
