Audio issue

Aac audio format audio is not clear in hellobox 8, it is like mono same audio format is fine in v5 and other boxes

Do you use an HDMI socket or do you use an AV socket?

In hdmi itself audio is having disturbances and it is like mono

I don't know why this happens
In my H8 (old version) audio AAC via HDMI is stereo and it's ok, at 100% can be too high and distort a little, I keep it around 76% then I adjust it with TV remote control
