Please Help Scam and Newcam not working

After updating my Decoder (Receiver) with firmware dated 27/10/2020 SCAM and Newcamd are not opening the channels... Both my Newcamd account and Scam are Connected but the channels are not showing... See photos

By scanning the channels in there right satellite positions... E.g if you want Canalsat Package to open on SCAM use the right satellite position eutelsat 16E ,if you scan it in another satellite (e.g Astra 28.5E) the channels won't open on SCAM or Newcamd or another account..
