I need this S/W Version 20190823-165601

Anyone has this S/W Version 20190823-165601 ? This s/w is stable for Optus D1 Multistream. I saw this s/w from my friend and could get s/q of Optus D1 72% with clear picture. Mine use latest s/w and also get s/q of Optus D1 72% but the picture not clear like broken vcd. I did not see this s/w version in the official release. Anyone has this s/w version, please share it. Thanks.
