Hello all......I have just updated Hellobox 8 on network upgrade to the latest 12 /17 / 2020 firmware and now it is stuck on "Restore data, please wait......"
What do I have to do next to get operational again? Thanks in advance

We'll, with Hellobox 8,if you are upgrading and you request Data to be saved,it takes longer during the update process but without Data (old) being saved, the process is very fast.. will prefer everything being done new to avoid carrying over anything unwanted..
If your decoder is stuck, just rename the new downloaded software ..Auto_burn.fac and use it to flash the box..
