Video 4: 2: 2 on Hellobox 8.

Would it be possible to support 4: 2: 2 video on Hellobox 8, is it compatible with this type of video in channel transmission? Some live events and channels broadcast in this video format. Unfortunately it is not possible to watch on Hellobox 8, only on the app it is possible.
