Need tool to extract prog.db from GX6605S rom

Hello, I need tool to extract prog.db, file from GX6605S Rom convert this file to excel using same tool, so I can edit excel arrange channel in my preference(approx 650 channel), & convert that excel to prog.db & place in gx6605s rom.

just used natinalchiptool and you can change satelit list channel list at there

Already used Nationalchip tool but in that I can get only satellite list, there is only option to convert satellite list db to excel. There I can get prog.db file after extracting userdb but its not converting to excel giving error in Chinese.
