Hello Box GX6605s not connecting to WiFi

My Set top box is connecting to Mobile Phone Hotspot and working but when I try to connect with WiFi of my Fiber Router then it does not connect and shows only "Connecting......" all the time.
Please suggest or resolve the issue.

Every time I go to set up the WiFi connection to use my Sony a6000 it stops responding and wont connect. Im using the stable version. I have no idea how to get a log file as it doesnt respond to anything and I have to manually close the program.
Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

Yes my router is 5GHz but it is dual band router 5GHz & 2.4GHz and I am trying to connect with 2.4GHz but not connecting.
