Feed tp in asiasat 5 not getting signal in hellobox v5 and v5 plus other boxes working fine please check it up

Can you please help to sort this out. Hellobox and Gsky receivers not able to tune the Feed TPs of Cricket Worldcup 2019, in Asiasat-5 100.5e.
The feed comes in either of the following frequencies :
3880/V/9600,
3870/V/9600,
3860/V/9600,
3850/V/9600.
But none of these frequencies are scanned in Hellobox, Gsky receivers both in blind scan and manual scan mode, whereas low cost Chinese GX6605S board receivers can tune and open these feeds.
Kindly consider matter as must urgent. Hellobox Users are missing the Cricket Worldcup.
