• firmware update:
  upgrade ui
  new features added
  iptv upgraded
  fix some bugs

• Turn off the Hellobox V5 power
  Download the firmware auto_burn.fac, and place it in the USB root directory
  Insert the USB into Hellobox V5, and turn on the power
  The box will display "USB" for about 5~10 seconds if the USB is detected correctly, and the upgrade process will start automatically. The panel will show the progress "U0xx"
  When finished, "FFFF" will be displayed.
  REMOVE THE USB AND DELETE THE auto_burn.fac FILE IN USB!!!
  Turn off and turn on the box, it will be back

yes you can, if it has cs8001 board inside, this update provides StarSat's forever/Funcam server which works with more satellites.

Well. It does boot, but nothing works. Remote is not working. I can only see a information dialog, saying "Please wait a minute updating. Keep the network connection alive!". Now what to do next? Am I just killed my box!!

Or maybe I need a new remote?
