Please help hellobox team just display on hellobox no menu
Only red lights on hellobox display.. I'm cantact to Ali express seller they said cantact

Auto upgrade
Turn off the Hellobox 5 power
download latest firmware
Rename the firmware to auto_burn.fac and place it in the USB root directory
Insert the USB into Hellobox v5 , and turn on the power
The box will display "USB" for about 5~10 seconds if the USB is detected correctly, and the upgrade process will start automatically. The panel will show the progress "U0xx"
When finished, "FFFF" will be displayed.
REMOVE THE USB AND DELETE THE auto_burn.fac FILE IN USB!!!
Turn off and turn on the box, it will be back

For this case, auto burn may not work. Try upgrade with RS232.

Please guide me about it little I don't know send me link.. Software I'm go IT technician to solve this issue problem...

**conform your box model. v5 HD or v5 HD plus.After download firmware. **Canot boot incorrect firmware..

not work. Try
upgrade with RS232.

I have a new Hellobox V5HD froze up on start up screen. Have tried using serial cable to usb cannot make it work ,looking for help please.
