HelloBox V5 HD Scam+ is slow and alternative channels are opening everyday

For Scam+ for 45E intelsat (Dialog), the channels are freezing and HBO network channels (apart from HBO) and Travel Channel, Celestial Classic Movies are not opening at all. Some channels work alternatively or intermittently based on time to time. Pls could you solve this issue, Im missing my favourite programs trusting this Scam+ .
