Request to add RD9700 chipset usb-lan support

please add RD9700 chipset 2.0 USB-LAN device support for Hellobox V5 HD.

its available and low cost in our country.

Same here. I bought two rd9700 from aliexp for set top box but it does not work. I also found that max speed of rd9700 is just 6 MB/s
