Dear sir
Most of channel want see
Not work our dscam like...
Star plus
Sony sab
Zee
Sports channel
Colour
Before Dec they all Channels work but now not working please help us ... Because I recommend my all freinds for hellobox now all upset from me... please help...thnx

Please give us some information , SID/Symbol rate and sat Longitude.

Hai gxu we have cccam account for this ,same line those channels in some boxes having 1506 sunplus chipset,gx6605s working fine , but hello box not opening this channels with same line, previously same thing happened with bigtv packages (91.5e) , with the help of reinard in pctvlab i informed him about the problem that other boxes working but hello box not opening those channels then he informed software team then software update came then it started working

No dear friend, its not opening because that TPs are encrypted using Betacrypt from Verimatrix. Other TPs which are opening are encrypted with Conax encryption.
Developers please make necessary update in the code to support the Betacrypt-Verimatrix encryption
