Hello admin dishtv some tp not opening in hello box ,but boxes having sunplus 1506g ,1506t ,GX6605s chip set working fine pls do something

Why do I get "unsupported" when I try to upgrade latest file on Hellobox v5? It shows up on screen from usb stick, however, not recognized.

I think this software has a bug with the wifi connection,instances where wifi connection notifications appear on the screen the decorder freezes with out accepting any command like the exist on the remote and it will be so until you disconnect and reboot the decorder. Please any help to get it rolling?.
