In my hellowbox v5 plus YouTube is not working and it's shows a ( Downloading failed ) and unable to scam+ and it's showing as status : initialing above an hour. And my WiFi network status : connected
Kindly please help me

From what you described, it seems data is not flowing through..if you are using VPN ,then you may have to check the VPN hotspot
