hellobox v5 plus update query

hello Experts,

i want to update my hello box v5 plus with latest firmware, my question is,

1, After update my scam account will loose ?

2 is there any way to back up my current firmware data ?

kindly help us?

First, to back up everything on the box, place a clean flash drive into the USB port and navigate to Menu _usb upgrade to usb dump..

For the Scam, you will not loose it.. unless it expires...
