Scam not working

Scam and software updates not working today, I am contact seller he says server problem please wait two days.

Guys any one facing the same issue?

For a long time it's not working for me. It was ok for only 3 months. Then all channels not working. Display says SCAM working. What satellite are you viewing?

Please, how can I set my scam to work? It shows me server not active.
