General Observation on Hellobox 6

1. Saved channels list: Saying unsupported when trying to use it.
2. Recorded program not always playing or keeping saying unsupported when trying to play recorded file.
Please fix the above observations in the next software update as soon as possible.

could you describe in detail about the issue? How to reproduce the issue?

If you Record movie/program and you want to play/watch it later, the hellobox 6 is not playing it. It keep saying unsupported.
