Please can someone help, my Sony, HBO and other power vu on intelsat 20@68.5 c band not working.

Try older version software 11.03.2019.
Beacuse i am using this software for intelsat 68.5 and intelsat 66..mine sony channels are working until fine. And after powervu keys autrolls channels not open then try to put powervu keys manually on key edit..
