What's the version of your box? Hellobox V5 or Plus，i can send u a software with Program，so you can use the remote control to learn.

First，Unzip this file
Then copy auto_burn.fac to the U disk, then insert Hellobox V5Plus, it will automatically upgrade（do not power off），the panel shows FFFFFF on behalf of the upgrade success , unplug the U disk and then restart the stb!
Remember to rename other files when you don't use this file.
If auto_burn.fac is on the U disk, it will always be upgraded automatically.

Please i need help my box, V5 plus is not autorolling bot Bisskey and power vu even when i put the biss key manual it does not open. What should i do?
