3G usb Modem reconnecting issue

Hello Experts.
Good morning. In Hellobox v5 plus there is a problem when you off your box by pressing red power button on remote. Your box goes to standby mode. If again you on the box its showing "3G device not exist ".
Other box has no problem like this.

For this problem we always need to power off from main source. Than again we can connect. This is very disgusting.
So please fix this issue urgently.
