Weird problem in my helloboxv5 plus scam account at Chinasat-6B channels

In my hellobox v5 plus, Chinsat-6B 115.5 channels are not working even when blue, please help me with this, i try with new and old software, same issue in all software.

Maybe problem with the server.

& A few channels on CBTV Sat on Apstar 6C at 134.0°E.
