After i updated my Hellobox V5 plus with the latest firmware CNBC on intelsat 20 @68.5east didn't open. Please any solution?

CNBC is a Business news channel.. All business only weekends ,you may have the weeks compilation of late nights show.. If that's what you like ,drop your WhatsApp contact.
