Biss key format for Hellobox V7 Plus

Guys,
I have a Hellobox V7 Plus
I am using to watch IPM of Thailand at 76.5°E
But they change the Biss Key recently
We have the code but I can't import using the softcam.key file
This is my first time trying to import softcam.key and I might get the format incorrect.
Can someone please guide me how format of Biss Key should be written on Softcam.key so that the V7 Plus could import it correctly.

All you have to do is while on the Biss channel push the blue boton on the right upper corner of your remote " BISS" and enter the cw.

OK... Thank You very much.... Will try it out tonite....
Means I have to enter the codes for each and every channel ?
If a few channels, its ok.... But the list is quite long for all the channels....
Any faster way for all the channels ?

Auto Biss should look for those. Enter manually those that after sometime did not found key. I guess you can still load them by softcam.key import but recall on previous models it does delete all power vu keys. So make sure you make a dump of all your keys before doing anything.

But the problem is when I triedto import the softcam.key, it only manage to load a few lines.
I dont know what went wrong... perhaps my format is wrong...
So, I was hoping someone could share the correct format of the softcam.key in order for the V7 Plus to be read correctly...
The format I got is :
B 0015 12604:30000:V 36E4183262F6025A
So, was wondering is my format correct ??

Delete the sid
B 0015 12604:30000:V 36E4183262F6025A
Should be:
B 12604:30000:V 36E4183262F6025A

It says "Fail to import key"
And does it work without the SID ?

Fail to import key has nothing to do with format written. You are doing something wrong. REMEMBER what I mentioned on my experienced: loading just Biss using Softcam file just deleted all my Power Vu keys store in the box. Make sure you make a dump of your keys.

I followed everything correctly.... but still failed....
Its ok... no problem...
