Subtitle Bug

Please fix this bug, subtitle on ZEE TV, ZEE Cinema and ZING at Eutelsat 16E is not showing when u press the subtitle key on the remote control, the channels have the subtitle provision... Hellobox 8 works very fine it shows the subtitle on those channels..
