TP to be analyzed-Stuck/Freeze unit

Here is a TS Record of a TP frequency in America that any time a blindscan or autoscan is run make the Hellobox to get stuck or freeze and does not allow to finish the scanning. Can you take a look and analyzed to see if you can fix firmware to allow scanning? Thanks
This is in America region Ku Band Galaxy 17 91.0 west TP frequency 11913 V 2000

Same problem 58W Fec 3800H sym 8200 when It goes blind scam.

Do a 5-8 minutes TS record and upload here so the Hellobox team can take a look at.

I have analyzed the stream you uploaded, this stream is full of errors, not a valid ts stream.
If you are sure this TP is DVB stream, would you please record a stream again?

Here is a new 8 minutes TS record using a Hellobox model. This is a non ussual TP with some radio stations which make the units get stuck. Please advice, Thanks
