Occasional scramble

Channels will go to scramble message for no reason once in awhile even with a good key.
If change channel then go back to channel that scrambled the channel plays again instantly.
Wondering if anyone else has this issue or might be a softcam issue? Hellobox 6

I'm in Brazil and here it works normal, no problem.

KBuss that is true, I got the same problem.

box finally died. went from occasional scramble to really fuzz video and scramble to no video.
probably was defective.
replaced it with backup hellbox v6 I had purchased and scramble issues are now gone.
