MY HELLOWBOX6 HAS BEEN DISPLAYING "ON USB BOOT".

Dear Satellite TV Engineers. I bought a Hellowbox6(Brand New) few weeks again; having used it for less than two weeks, it began malfunctioning and displaying "usb boot on". I thought it could be solved through going through factory resetting but it has persisted. What should I do, Please help me to find solution to this problem.

Try renaming the software（6c） to
auto_Burn.fac , and then insert the U disk into the box. Please delete it after use.
