update Mytube app to play https and token urls

Admins and designers,
Please update the Mytube app immediately so that we can play urls with tokens and https urls.

Mytube already supports https.

Https urls in mtblist file don't load on hellobox 6 20210521A sw version.
And token urls don't load/ play in both mytube and m3u player.
Please fix
